Back to School 2025
This year, Denver Public Schools is hosting three Back-to-School Supply Giveaway events to serve families across the city:
- Lincoln High School - Saturday, August 9 | 11:00 AM-2:00 PM
- Manual High School - Wednesday, August 13 | 3:00 PM-7:00 PM
- Evie Dennis Campus - Saturday, August 16 | 11:00 AM-2:00 PM
We’re partnering with the DPS Foundation, Colorado Rapids, and Give5 Mile High to bring in donations, energy, and community support!
Right now, our greatest need is hands-on volunteer help-especially for August 9 and August 13. We’re expecting to serve around 500 families per event, and we need 35-45 more volunteers each day to help everything run smoothly.
Volunteer roles include:
- Event set-up and clean-up
- Registration and welcoming families
- Distributing school supplies
- Assisting at the shoe station
- Supporting general event needs
Bonus: First 100 volunteers to sign up will receive a Back-to-School T-SHIRT as a thank you for your support!
