We need volunteers for our March sibling connecting event at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. Sibling connecting events are free drop off events for siblings that are separated in their foster care placements. It is an opportunity to spend time with their siblings, be kids, and strengthen their bond. We will be doing a 1-hour tour of the museum, a scavenger hunt, and a reflective art project. We are meeting at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science (2001 Colorado Blvd, Denver) on Sunday, March 2nd at 11:30am. The event will end at 3pm. This drop off event is for siblings impacted by foster care, ages 5-18, Lunch will be provided. Volunteer duties include supervision of the kids (making sure they are safe), participating in the activities with them, and helping to set up/clean up before and after the event. We love our volunteers!
