Who We Are

Archway Communities elevates lives by providing access to affordable housing, food security and the supportive social services people need to thrive. Since its founding in 1974, Archway Communities, initially established as Mountain United Church Housing, became Rocky Mountain HDC in 1995 and is now Archway Communities, has remained steadfast to its commitment to provide service-enriched affordable housing for very low-to-moderate income families in the Denver Metro region and Colorado Springs. With 11 properties in the Denver Metro and Colorado Springs (and more in development!) we have been developing affordable housing communities, expertly managing properties, and providing essential supportive services to individuals and families for 50 years. By integrating housing and supportive services, Archway Communities is helping more than 1,500 residents identify and meet their goals. We are a mission-driven nonprofit with a historical affiliation with United Church of Christ Rocky Mountain Conference.

What We Do

Archway Communities is a nonprofit housing organization based in Colorado. We are a trusted industry leader dedicated to building and managing communities where people can afford to live and pursue their goals. Archway addresses the systemic inequity at the root of the housing crisis by developing affordable housing, supporting residents with services and working with our donors and partners to influence change in our communities.
