Nourish Meals on Wheels

Since 1968, Nourish Meals on Wheels has enriched the lives of older adults (ages 60 and up) and homebound individuals in the South Metro Denver area. We provide hot, nutritious meals and other services that promote dignity, well-being, and independence.

Our chef and his team prepare 600-700 meals from scratch every day, and dedicated volunteer drivers deliver them directly to our clients. In addition to daily fresh meals, we offer weekend frozen meals, weekly easy-prep breakfast packages, monthly supplemental groceries, and even pet food and supplies. Client birthdays, holidays, and other occasions are also celebrated with small gifts and a special treat. Our volunteers become familiar faces that combat loneliness and isolation. With volunteer support, we help older adults feel a sense of belonging and know they are part of our community.
