Mission: Empowering girls to reach their potential through sport. Vision: She will lead and succeed History: Girls Rugby was founded in 2018 with the intention of increasing the number of girls playing rugby and the continuing to deliver positive impacts that sports have on girls. Girls Rugby is the only organization that offers girls-only flag rugby programming in the United States.

Girls Rugby aims to empower girls to reach their potential through sport using a leadership and values-based curriculum paired with non-contact flag rugby for girls aged 6-14. We operate in six different states and run seasonal community programs for young girls.
