Camp Connect is an overnight summer camp for siblings that are separated in foster care to have uninterrupted time together to bond and be kids. Camp Connect takes place August 3rd-9th at YMCA Camp Shady Brook in Deckers, CO, and includes classic summer camp activities, such as horseback riding, canoeing, archery, swimming, climbing, etc, and our own signature activities such as youth voice activities, a carnival, star gazing, and a dance party.
Day Volunteers are needed on most days to help us set up and help with events, activities, or projects, as well as helping pack up or move luggage.
Meals are provided during the day volunteer shift. A camp t-shirt is included as well. Background check required.
