Hydrotherapy on Fridays

Volunteers assist at our hydrotherapy (water exercise) programs held weekdays around the Metro area. This can include assisting participants in the dressing room, assisting with the hydraulic lifts to get clients in and out of the pool, assisting in the water, or assisting with refreshments following the exercise program.
