Every care bag delivery you make provides comfort, nourishment, and hope for families facing medical crises. Families with a seriously ill child shouldn’t have to worry about groceries, meals, or basic supplies. Each week we deliver specialized care bags to more than 80 families. We rely on volunteers to help make this happen. This is a wonderful way to lighten the load that families face during a medical crisis. Volunteers schedule a time to pick up packages from our Cherry Creek pantry and deliver to families either at or near Children’s hospital. These volunteer shifts happen on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays during business hours. Drivers must be 18 or older.
