Volunteer Description: We are seeking an organizer who enjoys database management and CRM systems support for Athena Project. This position may include organizing Google Files, assisting with tracking data from post event surveys, and rote data input into our various systems ensuring all people are tagged appropriately as directed by Operations Manager and Executive Producer.

Volunteer Description:  Our website uses the Word Press platform so the ideal person for this position will have experience with that platform. This position will perform updates & maintenance as needed on website and ensure any major design changes are implemented in a timely fashion. Position will also peruse website on all pages including checking links for any mistakes or outdated information.  Position reports to webmaster and/or Executive Producer.  (Up to 10 hours monthly)

Volunteer Description:  Maintain organization of Google folders of photos and videos along with Flickr and YouTube accounts. Includes contact with various artists via email. Includes tracking and keeping up spreadsheet of records of what we have to make for easy access to find images/footage of what we need when we need it. (5-10 hours per month)

Board Member is a leadership position in which you are expected to: 

Meet once a quarter for two hoursJoin a committee, which may involve additional time commitments depending on the committeeMake a meaningful contribution to the organization Maintain knowledge of the organization and personal commitment to its goals and objectivesTerms are 2 years minimum, and as long as relationship is mutually beneficial it can extend from thereMust be comfortable locating funds from contributors and being responsible for the financial success of the organization

Volunteer Description:  Must access social media daily (or more often!) Looking for a minimum of 5 hours/week to schedule all posts then update and respond to posts on our social media channels, especially: Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and YouTube. Also assists with outreach to other social media channels to introduce our organization and build relationships. Assists with tracking tags and hashtags with all posts.  

Preferred Skills:

Must have expertise/familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTubeAbility to create and manage social media calendarsProficient understanding on how to work scheduling tools like SocialBeeFamiliarity with Google/G-Suite Drive system

Volunteer Description: Help with coordinating events throughout the year with Athena Project. This is an ongoing position. You will be assisting with curating space, organizing events, working with marketing team and possibly gathering supplies as needed.

Volunteer Description:  Assisting the Fund Development Manager position, actively recruits new donors, stewards existing donors and solicits gifts from individual donors through personal contacts and correspondence to educate and engage them with Athena Project and its programs with the goal to increase their personal giving. (1-2 hours/week)

Do you want to help women* artists and support girls and non-binary youth in achieving all they can? Join our Development Committee to help us raise funds to do just that!  

The committee member position is approximately five hours a month (with potentially more hours preceding an event).  Our committee works on our annual Cocktails & Comedy and Fall house party, maintaining donor relationships, as well as writing thank you notes and calling patrons. We also attend events as ambassadors for Athena Project and bring your family and friends to events. We seek introductions of your network to the organization.  

Fundraising responsibilities include: 

Plans and organizes fundraising initiatives, including annual fundraising events, specifically Cocktails & Comedy, an annual Fall house party,Getting to know our donors and supporters donors together with the Executive Producer and/or Board MembersSharing your network and making introductions of key supporters to the organization

This job is ideal for someone who:

Likes connecting with people and is outgoing -- is energized by people and not afraid to ask them for helpOrganized & Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous and has great organizational and follow through skillsPassionate for the arts but does NOT have to be an artist oneself

Work is remote/virtual.  Sometimes there are in-person meetings and in person event attendance is required for networking.

Volunteer Description: Advise ways to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns. Review assets needed to keep ads approved and running. Assist in data analysis to work out ways to improve ad performance. Create further ads as campaigns arise. Attend Marketing Meetings at least once a month to keep up on all events and campaigns happening.
