Who We Are
Partners in Housing was started in 1991. Our mission is to guide families in housing crisis from insecurity to stability, self-reliance, and prosperity. The primary goals of our programs are to help families experiencing homelessness gain the stability, confidence, and skills to successfully transition from homelessness to self-sufficiency.
What We Do
Partners in Housing provides one year of transitional housing and supportive services to families experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of becoming homeless with the goal of achieving self-sufficiency. In our Family Self-Sufficiency Program, we provide families with one-on-one supportive services and access to two free donation centers. Last year, over 90% of the families in our program successfully moved into safe and stable housing upon graduation!
