Who We Are
RecoveryWorks is a Colorado 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our mission is to create opportunities for community, resources, and recovery with our unhoused neighbors. Founded in 2021, RecoveryWorks has grown to fill a critical gap in the provision of services to unhoused adults in Jefferson County and the west Denver metropolitan area.
What We Do
Bridge Housing Program
- Immediate, short-term housing for unhoused adults
- On-site comprehensive case management to assist guests in quickly accessing and transitioning to permanent housing solutions.
- 24/7 onsite emergency support
- Access to primary and behavioral health care services
Medical Respite (by referral only)
- Working with local hospitals and STRIDE Community Health Center, RecoveryWorks provides medically supported individual and dual occupancy rooms for up to 30 days with comprehensive supports.
- Access to case management, 3 meals/day, individuals and group counseling, mail, laundry and a shower.
- Discharge planning and transition assistance into a more stable housing environment.
All Roads Addiction Recovery Program
- Safe Housing: Short-term and transitional options that provide a stable place to focus on recovery.
- Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT): On-site medical support that helps reduce cravings and support long-term recovery.
- Peer Support: One-on-one support from an individual who has experienced their own recovery journey
- Case Management: Support with finding housing, healthcare, treatment, and job or benefit resources.
- Recovery & Wellness Groups: Ten community groups each week focused on wellness, relapse prevention, and connection.
- Basic Needs Help: Access to transportation, hygiene supplies, meals, and other essentials so guests can stay focused on their goals.
