Friends of Lory State Park

We are local citizens from diverse backgrounds, interested in preserving our wild spaces, wildlife and native plant life. Our Board of Directors has 9 members including horse enthusiasts, hikers, trail runners, mountain bikers, birders, photographers, and nature lovers.

Promote Colorado Parks and Wildlife goals for Lory State Park; teach visitors about environmental stewardship, respect for wildlife and wild lands. Assist the Park Naturalist, Fundraise for Park projects, maintain wildlife cameras, recruit volunteers.
